About the speaker:

Shaoyang Zhao is an Associate Professor at Sichuan University. He earned Ph.D. in Economics from the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics in 2011. Shaoyang Zhao's main research interest lies in the field of Health Economics, with the key focus on policy evaluation concerning health insurance for the elderly, and also the evaluation of healthcare system reform.
