7月9日-7月10日，由暨南大学经济与社会研究院（IESR）主办、全球劳动组织（GLO）与《人口经济学杂志》（JOPE）共同协办的GLO GUANGZHOU 2026国际学术会议顺利举办。作为GLO亚洲旗舰会议暨第九届IESR-GLO联合学术研讨会，本次会议聚焦劳动经济、人口发展、社会治理、跨国移民等前沿学术议题，邀请麻省理工学院David Autor教授与巴黎经济学院Karen Macours教授担任主旨演讲嘉宾，吸引了来自美国、德国、比利时、意大利、澳大利亚、新加坡、日本、韩国、印度、马来西亚等全球十余个国家、百余所海内外知名高校及科研机构的专家学者参会。各界学者齐聚暨南园，深耕前沿研究、交流学术成果，搭建了高水平、国际化的学术交流与合作平台。

01开幕致辞
开幕式上，暨南大学经济与社会研究院院长冯帅章教授、全球劳动组织（GLO）主席Klaus Zimmermann教授先后发表开幕致辞，向远道而来的海内外专家学者致以热烈欢迎与诚挚问候，正式拉开本次国际学术会议的序幕。

7月10日，麻省理工学院David Autor教授带来题为“It’s About Time: Predicting AI-Automation And Expertise Demands From Task Durations”的主旨演讲。本次研究创新性地以专业能力和壁垒作为核心分析框架，结合海量微观职业任务数据，系统剖析了不同工作内容的AI自动化替代风险。研究精准区分了易被智能技术替代的常规任务与具备高专业壁垒、不可替代的技能模块，阐明了任务时长、工作复杂度与人工智能替代概率、市场专业人才需求的内在关联。
