褚印，中南财经政法大学文澜学院教授，主要研究领域为能源与环境经济学、电力市场、健康经济学等。于Journal of Public Economics、Journal of Environmental Economics and Management 、International Journal of Industrial Organization、The Journal of Industrial Economics、Environmental and Resource Economics、The Energy Journal等经济学国际知名期刊发表学术论文十余篇。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金资助项目2项。
