主讲人简介：

Yangsiyu Lu is an Assistant Professor in the Carbon Neutrality and Climate Change Thrust at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), where she leads the Energy Infrastructure and Climate Policy Lab. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Oxford. Her interdisciplinary research focuses on energy transition, with extensive experience in fossil fuel infrastructure transition, clean technology development, and climate risk management. Her work has appeared in leading SCI journals such as Joule and Nature Communications, as well as top SSCI journals including the Journal of Public Economics and World Development, and has been featured by media outlets such as Forbes and the BBC. Prior to joining HKUST(GZ), she was a research fellow at the Paris School of Economics and Boston University.
