2025年11月6日至7日，暨南大学经济与社会研究院（IESR）在曾宪梓科学馆406会议室成功举办了2025 IESR劳动经济学研讨会。本次会议邀请了来自杨百翰大学、俄勒冈大学、南加州大学以及暨南大学等境内外知名高校的10余位学者参会。

会议伊始，IESR院长冯帅章教授与杨百翰大学Lars Lefgren教授分别致辞，表达了对与会学者的热烈欢迎，并希望本次会议能够促进劳动经济学领域的学术交流与合作。

在随后的会议环节中，12名学者分别分享了他们在劳动经济学领域的最新研究成果。与会者围绕劳动市场的各个方面展开了深入的探讨和交流，涵盖了劳动市场政策、生育政策、人力资本等多个主题。

Rich Patterson（杨百翰大学）分享了题为“Intergenerational Effects of Occupation Choice: Evidence from the United States Army”的报告。

Shu Cai（暨南大学）分享了题为“The Direct and Spillover Effects of Return Entrepreneurship Policy on Local Labor Markets”的报告。

与会学者们一致认为，此次会议内容充实，探讨深刻，收获良多。会议的圆满举行为中外学者搭建了一个高质量的交流平台，推动了中外学术思想的交流与融合。IESR将持续推进国际交流与合作，不断提升劳动经济学研究的水准与国际影响力。
