主讲人简介:

Liang Peng is the Philip H. Sieg Professor of Business Administration at the Smeal College of Business at the Pennsylvania State University.  Liang received his Ph.D. in Economics from Yale in 2002.  His research interests include the risk and returns of commercial real estate, real estate price index estimation, and the housing market.  Liang serves on the editorial boards of Real Estate Economics, Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, Journal of Real Estate Research, and the advisory board of Real Estate Research Institute.  He is the recipient of the American Real Estate Society Best Paper Award and the Asian Real Estate Society Best Paper Award.  He is a fellow of the Real Estate Research Institute and a fellow and a postdoctoral honoree of the Weimer School of Advanced Studies in Real Estate and Land Economics.
