布鲁金斯-暨南 中国微观经济政策论坛

        我院宣布与美国最有影响力的智库之一布鲁金斯学会开展合作,双方计划将于2019年起召开每年度“布鲁金斯-暨南”中国微观经济学政策论坛,旨在开展应用微观经济学各领域的智库交流与合作,并召集相关领域优秀学者开展深度讨论,以期为经济社会发展的政策建议与制定提供基础与参考。首届论坛将于20191011-12日在暨南大学举办。

 

       布鲁金斯学会(Brookings Institution)成立于1927年,总部在美国首都华盛顿 ,是美国著名的公众政策研究机构,其规模之大、历史之久远、研究之深入,被称为美国“最有影响力的思想库”。其宗旨是开展高质量的独立研究,并据此提出具有创新精神和实用性的政策建议,以高质量的思想产品、全方位的市场营销、政策实业家的卓越领导力被誉为最有影响力、最值得借鉴和最受信任的智库。

 

       暨南大学经济与社会研究院近3年来在智库建设方面取得了快速的发展。2017年,我院成立政策研究中心,致力于打造以严谨深入的实证研究为基础,立足本土放眼国际,独立专业的新型智库。中心关注劳动就业、流动人口随迁子女教育、留守儿童、住房政策、产业政策、人口流动、乡村振兴战略等多领域社会民生重大问题。基于微观数据形成政策性报告解读,定期举办政策研讨会,与国家及广东省有关政策机构展开合作,并与多家国际知名智库建立合作伙伴关系。政策中心的自媒体公众号“黄埔大道西·观点”为公众提供专业、丰富、客观的社会经济问题解读视野。2017年,IESR首次荣登核心智库榜单,成为全国16家“高校智库A类——211高校经济领域”的入选智库之一。2019年,IESR政策研究中心入选由上海社会科学院智库研究中心发布的核心智库榜单,排名进入全国社会类智库专业影响力前十名。
